Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition of returned items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return To start a return, log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/63907135744/account and submit a return request. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or special-order parts, and items classed as hazardous materials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the correct part is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise this right, submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/63907135744/account before the withdrawal period expires. We will send you an acknowledgement without delay.
Returning your items: You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
