This policy outlines our approach to shipping and packaging, focusing on reducing waste and promoting the reuse of resources.

  1. Reuse of Boxes: Whenever possible, we reuse boxes that are in good condition and suitable for shipping. These boxes may come from a variety of sources, such as suppliers, previous shipments, or local businesses. By giving these boxes a second life, we extend their usefulness and minimize the need for new boxes. Rest assured, we ensure that all reused boxes are clean, sturdy, and appropriate for shipping your orders safely.

  2. Packaging Material Reuse: In addition to reusing boxes, we also repurpose packaging materials. This includes bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air cushions, and other protective materials that can be used again without compromising the safety of your items. We carefully inspect and sanitize all reused packaging materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  6. Import Duties and Taxes
    International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the product or shipping at checkout. It is important to understand the regulations and fees that may apply to your order before making a purchase.
  7. Failure to Pay Import Duties
    In the event that import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not paid by the customer upon delivery and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional cost of reshipping the order. This applies to situations where the package is refused or unclaimed due to non-payment of import duties or taxes.

  8. Additional Shipping Fees
    If the package is returned to us due to non-payment of import duties, the customer must cover the full cost of the return shipping to our warehouse as well as the cost of reshipping the package to the correct destination once the import duties have been settled.

    • Reshipping Fees: The cost of reshipping will be calculated based on the original shipping method or an alternative agreed upon at the time of reshipment.
    • Return Shipping Fees: The customer will also be charged for any fees incurred when the package is returned to us.
  9. Refunds and Returns
    Please note that shipping fees (including any additional reshipping costs) are non-refundable in the case of non-payment of import duties or taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential import duties before completing your purchase.
